Scientia: A Latin word, the origin of which is scire meaning ‘to know’
Technology: The application of scientific principles for the benefit of human kind
Superstition: A belief or practice founded on illogical or irrational feelings.
Attitude: A feeling toward or mental position with regard to an object, phenomenon, situation, or issue.
Open Mindedness: A person who possesses this attitude tries to be objective and sees different sides of an issue. He /she is willing to listen to the opinion of others before taking actions.
Beliefs: A person with this attitude believes that everything that happens in this world has a cause or reason.
Critical Outlook: A person with this attitude does not readily believe statements for or against a person or something. He first analyzes the claims or arguments given.
Risk taking: A person who possesses this attitude expresses his opinions and tries new ideas even at the risk of failure or criticism.
Humility: A person who possesses this attitude is humble when he admits that he is not free from committing errors. He recognizes that there may be better ideas and realizes that there are individuals whom he may have to consult to arrive at correct observations and conclusions.
