Urf: Custom. Usage, common practice.
Usufruct: A legal right to use and derive profit from property belonging to someone else provided that the property itself is not damaged.
Waad: undertaking, commitment, promise.
Wadiah: safekeeping, in Islamic banking, Wadiah refers to the deposited property.
