DB Cleanup : The term used to describe the process of aggregating or disaggregating lender names and addresses in AMS
Tracker : strategic performance partners important to FIRSt in providing a single point of aggregation for a recipient lender
Parent ID : The address ID that we mail to
Address ID: the numerical identification assigned to the name/address combination provided by the carrier
Portfolio : A "table" for each tracker for each LOB found in AMS
Line of Business : Defined as either Auto or Mortgage
Tax ID: 9 digit number used to identify entities for tax-related purposes
EDI Qualifier : Used internally to further define the Lenders at the Tracker
Secure PDF: A variation of a print template providing 1 loss payee notice per page(instead of multiple notices per page), but is delivered via electronic delivery
EDI : Electronic Data Interchange
Central Location : Locations in which the lenders have given us permission to combine multiple locations together to a single, preferred location.
Portfolio Update: Provided on a monthly basis from a Tracker for verified aggregation rules to FIRSt via their "Lender List."
Tracker ID: The number assigned to a Parent ID/children that are being tracked by a lender or 3rd party
Child ID: name/address combination that has been linked to a Parent ID
