Jelly fish float : In a waist deep water bend from the hips submerge the fall and slowly reach for the ankles.
Turtle Float : Begin as in jellyfish float raising knees to chest arms encircling knees
Prone Float : Assume a turtle float and go on full extension gently pushing arms forward and legs.
Prone Glide : Place one foot against the side pool bend forward at hips, take a breath and put face in the water
Back Float : Submerge with shoulders below the surface in waist deep water
Bobbing : jump and submerge body in the water Hold breath for four counts and recover to standing position
Flutter Kick : the most popular and easiest of them all
Breast Stroke Kick : begins with legs fully extended and the toes pointed to the rear
Dolphin Kick : is a lot like the flutter kick but in this both legs move up and down at the same time.
Scissors Kick : begins with the body turned to either side Keep the legs together and the toes pointing backwards
Breaststroke is the most restful strokes done in combination with the breaststroke kick
Backstroke : is another restful stroke as your face is always out of the water and breathing is easy
The front crawl : is the fastest and most popular stroke of all
Butterfly Stroke : this is the most demanding and difficult of the four strokes
